Cancel a subscription any time; first payments carry a 14-day money-back guarantee, and unused renewals are refundable within 14 days of the charge.

Cancel any time
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. Cancel via the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us from the email address used at checkout. Access and the API key stay active until the end of the period already paid, then deactivate automatically. No further charges follow.
First payment: 14-day money-back guarantee
If a plan is not what you needed, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewal charges
Forgot to cancel? Renewal charges are refunded when requested within 14 days of the charge, provided the subscription saw no meaningful API usage after the renewal date.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, including any tax collected, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that apply in your country, or Paddle’s own buyer terms.
