How to read these labor-market indices
This page shows three series: the Hiring Momentum Index, where 50 is neutral; the Pay Transparency Index, the share of measurable open roles whose employer states pay, overall and for EU-located roles; and the Stated Pay Index, a Laspeyres fixed-basket index of employer-stated pay.
Where a latest point exists, the page prints that value, adding a percent sign plus an EU percent and a sample size on the Pay Transparency Index; where it does not, the page prints an em dash and says the series publishes only once its gates are met, with gaps never interpolated.
The banner states the series are written forward daily and never backfilled, and the page gives a citation, a methodology link, and CSV and JSON downloads of these same indices.

HMI · Hiring Momentum Index
추적 패널 전반의 PMI 방식 주간 확산 지수: 라이브 공고를 늘리는 고용주 대 줄이는 고용주의 비율이며 50 = 중립입니다. 기업별 상대 변화를 사용하므로 패널 자체의 성장은 지수를 움직일 수 없습니다.
